How will I receive the refund?
All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card.
Refunds for cash payments will be issued either through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name (given as “billing name” at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer’s bank account.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the insutructions but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers, or shipment time in case of cheque refunds.
What can lead to cancellation of my order?
• When a product is rejected in our Quality Check process.
• When the product stock is exhausted with our vendors.
• When our logistic partners are unable to deliver to the desired delivery location.
What if the product has defects?
If you have received your product with , defects immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. Also kindly mention the reason on the courier slip before acceptance .We send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
How do I replace a product to WGROUP.IN?
If you wish to replace any product, please inform a customer care representative at WGROUP.IN. Products replace without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.
To replace a product as per our replace policy, please log in a request with our Customer Care team, either by sending an email to returns@wgroup.in or calling us at +91 9779454782(10 AM – 7 PM). Once a replace request is authorized and approved from our end, we will pick up the product ourselves.
What is the return notice period?
At WAZIRS, a product only due to manufacturing defect , if any, can be replaced . Returns policy after dispatch across all categories is not possible . Only before dispatch order may be cancelled.
Can I cancel an order ?
Cancellations are possible only until the pre-shipping stage; we cannot cancel your order once the item is shipped. Please contact our customer care team to assist you with the same.
How do I initiate a replace process?
All dues care is been taken to provide quality product and services. If by chance a customer want to replace the product due to [manufacturing defect] Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the replace process. You can contact us by either sending an email to replace@wgroup.in or calling us at +91 9779454872 {10 AM – 7 PM). Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at WAZIRS. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process a refund.
